These terms cover your use of the GradeKey iOS app, published by IntraPixel ("we", "us"). By using GradeKey you agree to them.
GradeKey is licensed, not sold, to you. Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement applies, and these terms supplement it. You may use GradeKey on any device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
GradeKey is a calculation aid, not a system of record. It generates conversion tables from the values and grading scale you enter. You are responsible for the values you enter, for the grading scale you choose, and for verifying that any grade you assign is correct and complies with your school's or institution's policies. Always confirm final grades against your official gradebook before recording or reporting them.
GradeKey is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GradeKey, including any grading, academic, or administrative consequence of a value you entered or a grade you assigned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We collect nothing. See the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; your data lives on your device and in your iCloud account, not with us.
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
